Before joining the Little Rock law firm of Ball and Stuart PLLC, Laura Elkins’ practice focused principally on real estate law while working with title insurance underwriters at the state and national level. She represented both underwriters and their insureds and agents in courts across the state of Arkansas from trial through any appeals. Laura comes to Ball & Stuart to continue the tradition of excellence in services offered by the firm.
